PHM Live ("PHM Live", "আমরা", "আমাদের") একটি লাইভ স্ট্রিমিং ও ভয়েস চ্যাট অ্যাপ্লিকেশন। আপনি যখন আমাদের Android অ্যাপ বা phmlive.com ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করেন, তখন আপনার কিছু তথ্য আমাদের কাছে আসে। এই নীতিতে পরিষ্কার করে বলা হয়েছে — কোন তথ্য, কেন, কীভাবে, কতদিন, আর তার উপর আপনার কী কী নিয়ন্ত্রণ আছে। PHM Live ("PHM Live", "we", "us", "our") is a live streaming and voice chat application. When you use our Android app or the phmlive.com website, certain information reaches us. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, how, for how long, and what control you have over it.

• ব্যবহারের তথ্য — কখন লগ ইন করলেন, কোন রুমে ঢুকলেন, কতক্ষণ লাইভে ছিলেন, কী উপহার পাঠালেন বা পেলেন, কয়েন ও ডায়মন্ডের হিসাব। Usage information — when you signed in, which rooms you joined, how long you were live, gifts you sent or received, and your coin and diamond balances.
• প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য — IP ঠিকানা, আনুমানিক দেশ (IP থেকে), সংযোগের ধরন এবং অ্যাপ বন্ধ হয়ে গেলে তার ত্রুটির বিবরণ। Technical information — IP address, approximate country derived from it, connection type, and crash reports if the app stops working.

প্রতিটি অনুমতি Android নিজেই আপনার কাছে চায়, এবং আপনি চাইলে ফোনের Settings থেকে যেকোনো সময় তা বাতিল করতে পারেন। অনুমতি না দিলে ঐ নির্দিষ্ট সুবিধাটি কাজ করবে না, তবে অ্যাপের বাকি অংশ চলবে। Android asks for each permission itself, and you can withdraw any of them at any time from your phone's Settings. Declining a permission only disables that particular feature; the rest of the app keeps working.

We share only what is necessary, and only with the providers that make the app work:

• Google Firebase — সাইন ইন যাচাই ও নোটিফিকেশন পাঠানো। Google Firebase — verifying sign-in and delivering notifications.
• Agora — লাইভ ভিডিও ও কণ্ঠ পৌঁছে দেওয়া। শুধু একটি অস্থায়ী রুম-পরিচয় ও টোকেন যায়; আপনার নাম বা নম্বর নয়। Agora — carrying live video and voice. Only a temporary channel identifier and token are passed; not your name or phone number.
• পরিশোধ ও উত্তোলন সেবাদাতা — কেবল অর্থ পরিশোধের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য। Payment and payout providers — only the details needed to complete a payment.
• সার্ভার ও হোস্টিং সেবাদাতা — যেখানে আমাদের সার্ভার ও ডেটাবেস চলে। Hosting providers — where our servers and database run.
• আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থা — বৈধ আইনি অনুরোধ পেলে, অথবা কারও জীবন বা নিরাপত্তার ঝুঁকি ঠেকাতে প্রয়োজন হলে। Law enforcement — when we receive a valid legal request, or where necessary to prevent a risk to someone's life or safety.

Anything you say or type in a live room is visible and audible to everyone present.

• চ্যাটের বার্তা — অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু থাকা পর্যন্ত; আপনি নিজেও কথোপকথন মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। Chat messages — while your account is active; you can also delete conversations yourself.
• লেনদেনের নথি — হিসাব ও আইনি প্রয়োজনে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার পরও সীমিত সময় সংরক্ষিত থাকতে পারে। Transaction records — may be retained for a limited period after deletion, for accounting and legal reasons.
• নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত নথি — নিয়মভঙ্গের কারণে বন্ধ করা অ্যাকাউন্টের সীমিত তথ্য রাখা হয়, যাতে একই ব্যক্তি নতুন অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলে ফিরে আসতে না পারেন। Safety records — limited data about accounts banned for rule-breaking is kept so the same person cannot simply return under a new account.

৭. তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা7. How we protect your data

আপনার ডিভাইস ও আমাদের সার্ভারের মধ্যে সব যোগাযোগ HTTPS দিয়ে এনক্রিপ্ট করা। সংবেদনশীল মানগুলো ডেটাবেসে এনক্রিপ্ট করে রাখা হয়। প্রতিটি অনুরোধ স্বাক্ষর দিয়ে যাচাই করা হয়, যাতে অন্য কেউ আপনার হয়ে অনুরোধ পাঠাতে না পারে। কর্মীদের মধ্যে কেবল যাঁদের কাজের প্রয়োজন, তাঁরাই সীমিত তথ্য দেখতে পান। All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Sensitive values are stored encrypted in our database. Every request is signed and verified, so nobody else can send requests on your behalf. Within our team, only staff who genuinely need access can see limited data.

তবু কোনো ব্যবস্থাই শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তার একটি অংশ আপনার হাতেও — কখনো কাউকে OTP বা লগ ইন কোড দেবেন না, এমনকি কেউ নিজেকে PHM Live এর কর্মী দাবি করলেও নয়। আমরা কখনো আপনার কাছে OTP চাই না। No system is completely secure, though. Part of your account's safety rests with you — never give your OTP or login code to anyone, even someone claiming to work for PHM Live. We will never ask you for an OTP.

• দেখা ও সংশোধন — প্রোফাইলের তথ্য অ্যাপ থেকেই যেকোনো সময় বদলাতে পারেন। Access and correction — you can change your profile details from inside the app at any time.
• অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা — অ্যাপের সেটিংস থেকে অনুরোধ করতে পারেন, অথবা [email protected] এ লিখতে পারেন। অনুরোধ পাওয়ার ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হয়। Deletion — request it from the app's settings, or write to [email protected]. We remove your personal data within 30 days of receiving the request.
• অনুমতি প্রত্যাহার — ক্যামেরা, মাইক্রোফোন বা নোটিফিকেশনের অনুমতি ফোনের Settings থেকে বাতিল করতে পারেন। Withdrawing permissions — revoke camera, microphone or notification access from your phone's Settings.
• ব্লক ও রিপোর্ট — যে কাউকে ব্লক করতে পারেন, তখন সে আপনাকে খুঁজে পাবে না বা বার্তা পাঠাতে পারবে না। Blocking and reporting — block anyone, and they will no longer be able to find you or message you.
• অভিযোগ — এই নীতি নিয়ে কোনো আপত্তি থাকলে আমাদের লিখুন; আমরা উত্তর দেব। Complaints — if you are unhappy with anything in this policy, write to us and we will respond.

৯. শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা9. Children's privacy

PHM Live ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সীদের জন্য নয় এবং আমরা জেনেশুনে তাদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না। কোনো শিশুর তথ্য ভুলবশত জমা হয়েছে জানতে পারলে আমরা অ্যাকাউন্টটি বন্ধ করে তথ্য মুছে ফেলি। কোনো অভিভাবক যদি মনে করেন তাঁর সন্তান আমাদের কাছে তথ্য দিয়েছে, অনুগ্রহ করে [email protected] এ জানান। PHM Live is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that a child's information has reached us, we close the account and delete the data. If you are a parent who believes your child has given us information, please write to [email protected].

১০. তথ্য কোথায় রাখা হয়10. Where data is stored

আমাদের সার্ভার ও ডেটাবেস ইউরোপে অবস্থিত ডেটা সেন্টারে চলে। কিছু সেবাদাতা (যেমন Google) তাদের নিজস্ব নিয়ম অনুযায়ী অন্য দেশেও তথ্য রাখতে পারে। অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করে আপনি এই আন্তঃসীমান্ত স্থানান্তরে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন। Our servers and database run in data centres located in Europe. Some providers (such as Google) may store data in other countries under their own terms. By using the app you consent to this cross-border transfer.

প্রয়োজনে এই নীতি হালনাগাদ করা হতে পারে। পরিবর্তনের পর এই পাতার উপরে নতুন তারিখ বসবে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কোনো পরিবর্তন হলে অ্যাপের ভেতরেই আপনাকে জানানো হবে। We may update this policy from time to time.
